Product Marketing Manager - B2B Technical Software
Role Summary:
In order to meet investment growth plans, youll focus on strategic planning, digital marketing, and product marketing, working closely with the Head of Product to develop early-stage product marketing materials.

Understanding the technology and products we offer is critical - you should be able to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategy & Leadership:
- Work closely with the existing Marketing Manager to fine-tune and implement the overall product marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision.
- Contribute to the short- and long-term company strategy, including product positioning, pricing strategy, distribution channels, and go-to-market plans.
- Oversee the product marketing roadmap that supports digiLab’s strategic objectives.
- Contribute to building and leading a high-performing marketing team, including assisting with hiring, setting objectives, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that supports creative marketing solutions and drives business growth.
Product Marketing:
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to align on product vision, market needs, and customer feedback.
- Create high-impact marketing collateral, including brochures, white papers, case studies, and product demos.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring all departments are aligned and key milestones are met.
- Manage product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
- Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas and use case documentation to guide marketing strategies and sales efforts.
- Work with the product team to continuously gather user feedback and insights, applying these learnings to improve product offerings and marketing approaches.
- Support the sales team with training materials, product knowledge, and marketing assets to drive product adoption and sales success.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of product marketing initiatives, using insights to optimise future strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, analysts, and partners to enhance product visibility and credibility.
Skills & Competencies:
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing within the B2B technical software space.
- Demonstrated success in delivering marketing strategies that drive product and market success.
- Strong understanding of marketing tools and best practices.
- Proven ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Educated to Bachelor's degree level.
