Introducing senSiteUQ - a sensor siting optimisation tool
We're thrilled to be announced as a winner of the OfWat Water Discovery Challenge for our novel solution, senSiteUQ. We’ve received almost half a million pounds from OfWat to further develop and commercialise it.
senSiteUQ enables operators to maximise their understanding of the network, while minimising the total number of sensors required. That translates into better decision-making with reduced costs. It will enable the water sector to reduce CSO pollution, respond faster to extreme weather, increase biodiversity, and have improved live monitoring and data analysis. We’ve been working with South West Water and Yorkshire Water as pilot partners.
twinLab Feature Release - Dimensionality Reduction
If you've ever dealt with functional data, you may know that the data could be sampled from a multi-dimensional space, and in some cases the number of dimensions could be very huge and may contain redundant information. For all their advantages, Gaussian Processes(GPs) do not naturally scale very well to high-dimensional data. So we've built new functionality into twinLab, enabling users to perform dimensionality reduction on their data, truncate the number of dimensions, and train GPs effectively.
Probabilistic ML with twinLab
twinLab is already being used to solve next-generation engineering and sustainability challenges at organisations like the UKAEA, Airbus, and Rolls-Royce. Our vision with twinLab is to help more people and organisations to use probabilistic ML.
Just hit "Try twinLab" at the top-right, or reply to this email, and we'll set you up with an API key, the documentation, and some example solutions.
Alternatively, if you've got a particular data challenge, book a free call with one of our solution engineers.
